He graduated in Law from University of Parma in 1997.
He received his Master’s degree in Tax Law from the Ipsoa/Infor in 2001.
Attended the course on litigation before higher courts coordinated by Prof. Cesare Glendi in 2014.
He has been a member of the Milan Bar Association since 2002.
He has been a member of the Special Register of Supreme Court Counselors before the High Courts of Italy since 2014.
He joined the firm in 2003, having previously worked with leading Italian law and tax firms.
Within the scope of his professional activity, he assists national and multinational companies and business groups in tax audits and in proceedings for tax-dispute settlements through adhesion, conciliatory, collusive and arbitration procedures as well as judicial defense activities in civil, tax (direct taxes, indirect taxes, international taxation) as well as customs matters both on the merits (before Courts, Courts of Appeal and Tax Courts) and in the Supreme Court (before the Court of Cassation). He also advises on the same matters through the drafting of acts, opinions and consulting on tax matters as well as contracts in the context of extraordinary transactions.
Holds the position of statutory auditor and member of Supervisory Boards in industrial and commercial companies.
