Legal bases for the purposes indicated are the implementation of legal obligations on the Data Controller and the fulfillment of the professional mandate to which the data subject is a member. The provision of data is free, but failure to provide it will not allow our firm to fulfill what you requested. The attainment of the purposes in question may also take place by means of transmission and communication of data to third parties, thereby meaning third parties authorized to the related processing of the data, as they perform or provide specific services strictly functional to the execution of the contractual relationship (also through continuous processing), such as IT services companies, companies that provide payment services, outsourcing companies, postal companies, consultants and freelancers, all in compliance with the provisions of the law on data security. In no case will your data be disseminated. The Data will be kept completely for the entire period of the execution of the contract; subsequently, the Data will be kept for a period of ten years in order to comply with legal obligations and, among these, the obligations set forth in articles. 2214 et seq. Civil Code. Any further storage of Data or part of the Data may be arranged to assert or defend its rights in any office and in particular in the courts. Regarding the processing of the aforementioned data, pursuant to Article 15 et seq. of the EU Regulation 2016/679, we remind you the right to obtain the access of Personal Data concerning you; the right to obtain the rectification (correction of inaccurate data or integration), the right to erasure the Personal Data processed unlawfully or in case one of the reasons specified in Article 17 of the EU Regulation exists. Furthermore, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in case you consider that the rights indicated above have not been recognized.
