He graduated in economics and business from the Free University of Social Studies – LUISS in 1985.
He received his Master’s degree in Tax Law and Corporate Tax Accounting from LUISS – School of Management in 1990.
He has been a member of the association of certified accountants since 1988.
He has been a registered commercial auditor since 1995.
He founded a leading Italian tax firm belonging to an international network in 1994, serving as equity partner.
Since 2013, he has been working with the firm, where he mainly deals with corporate taxation for domestic and international companies and groups, business valuations as well as extraordinary transactions. He has also gained significant experience in corporate consulting, compliance and real estate taxation.
He also holds the position of statutory auditor, director and member of Supervisory Boards in industrial companies including listed ones, pension funds and welfare institutions.
