After graduating in Economics from the University of Salerno, she obtained a Master’s Degree in Corporate Taxation offered by the Ministry of Labor/FSE.
She is a member of the association of certified accountants.
She is a registered financial auditor.
She is a registered business crisis manager.
Over the course of her career, she has gained in-depth experience in the field of taxation, especially in corporate taxation for domestic and international companies and groups, extraordinary transactions, corporate reorganization, due diligence, asset management and inheritance law. The area of business valuations is also among her specific skills that find constant professional application. She also has significant experience in corporate consulting, international taxation and personal taxation.
She holds the position of statutory auditor, commercial auditor and member of boards of directors in prestigious companies operating in the chemical, real-estate, energy, automotive, battery, oil & gas, protection of artistic heritage, as well as in foundations under Italian law. She is a member of the Technical-Scientific Committee of the School University Foundation.
She is the author of several publications in Il Sole 24 Ore.
